Design discussion
We’ll work with you to select colours, florals, embellishments, and layout to suit your needs.

Quote & confirmation
Once your design is finalised, we’ll confirm pricing and an estimated completion time.

Creation & delivery
Each piece is handmade with the same care and attention as our main collection, then shipped to you via Australia Post.

Lead Times

Please allow 2–3 weeks for custom orders. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please ask at the time of enquiry.

Payment

Full payment is required before production begins.

Because each custom piece is made just for you, returns or exchanges are not available unless the item arrives faulty.
