Processing Times

Each Pirouette Petals bun wrap is carefully handmade and quality-checked before leaving our studio.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days, depending on location.
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days, depending on location.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be affected by public holidays or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00
  • Express Shipping: $13.00

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new bun wrap, but if it’s not quite right:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at pirouettepetals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return and provide a postal address.
  3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
