We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days, depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new bun wrap, but if it’s not quite right:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.

How to Return an Item

2. We will confirm your return and provide a postal address.
3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

• Pin securely into the bun using hairpins in the clear loops or over the ribbon, not through the flowers.
• Avoid exposure to water, hairspray, or perfume, as these can damage the materials.

Cleaning

• Do not wash or soak your bun wrap.
• If needed, gently dust with a clean, soft brush.
